"Your core values are the guiding principles that define who you are and what you stand for. They shape your decisions, actions, and how you navigate the world.
Understanding and aligning with your core values is essential for finding purpose and direction in life."
โ Simon Sinek
Hello everybody,
Iโve had so many emails from readers about their core values it seems a more efficient use of time to publish the results below: ๐
Core Values ๐ค
โก๏ธ Core values are key to creating purpose and meaning.
โก๏ธ They are the foundations of identity and authenticity.
โก๏ธ They will also simplify your decision-making.
โก๏ธ The problem is that there are hundreds of core value options. We get overwhelmed with the paradox of choice and give up, but that is a mistake.
โก๏ธ Take the quiz; it will narrow it down to 10 potential core values.
If you havenโt taken the quiz, you can do so here: ๐

Jake, I love this quiz and I would like to use it with my coaching clients. Do I have your permission to do so?
Jake, I did the exercise and went through it twice. Was insightful.
I was mostly A's and the values shown in this area are true. My top 3 core values, which are the true me : Authenticity, Freedom, Adventure, and Personal Growth and doing Meaningful Work have become values as I have got older... and wiser.
I do fit in the E section as well: I also live by the values: I'm a Challenger and a Non-conformist, and seek Independence and Autonomy (same thing).
So thank for sharing the exercise.
